#1: I Am Wealthy

Day 1 Monday April 27, 2015, SparkPeople food tracking. Eating not enough is just as unproductive as overeating. Today I will do better.

So yesterday I restarted my SparkPeople journey and also took a few minutes to reset my vibration. I wrote 20 positive affirmations, enlarged them so they filled an entire page and then printed three copies.

The first copy I taped to the ceiling right above my bed so it’s the first thing I will see every morning. The second copy I taped to the shelf in my bathroom so it is the thing I see when I go to the toilet. And the third copy I taped to the wall right above my computer screen at my desk, so I see it all day while I am working. I have been constantly repeating the affirmations to myself and out loud. 

#1: I am wealthy.

It may look like something from an SNL skit to some people who haven’t delved into the power of positive thinking, but trust me, these little things can have a huge impact on my life. As I walk around saying, “I am wealthy. I am wealthy. I am wealthy. I am wealthy! I am wealthy! …” I start to smile, because being wealthy makes me happy, makes me feel content and excited about my life. Woo hoo! I am wealthy! The world is my oyster! I start to do my little happy dance. Life is good!
